End User Licence Agreement

This licence covers the software and digital content you use on the platform. That includes the Omniverse Portals builder, templates, sections, 3D scenes, feature suites, Signature Domains, avatar artwork, SellSMART, website widgets, and digital items such as collectibles and wearables. It works together with the Terms of Service. If the two conflict, the Terms of Service win.

1. What you may do

• We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform and the content you're entitled to, for as long as your account and the relevant journey, plan, suite or key are active.
• You may build, publish and run your own domains with the builder, and use templates and sections on them, including for your business.
• Pages you publish stay live and keep using the content they were built with while your licence for that content is active.

2. What you may not do

• Copy, resell, sublicense or redistribute the builder, templates, sections, 3D scenes, avatar artwork or other platform content, except through features we provide for that.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or extract the source code, or remove notices and labels, including AI labels and "not affiliated" lines.
• Use the platform to build a competing builder, template library or marketplace, or to train AI models on our content.
• Share your sign-in, keys or licences with people they weren't issued to, or work around payment, journey or feature gates.

3. Keys, templates and resale licences

• City keys. Each feature suite, capability, template code or licence you activate comes with a key in your City inventory. A key is a record of your licence. It can be redeemed or transferred only through the City marketplace and the features we provide, and we may revoke it if it was obtained improperly.
• Templates and Signature Domains. A template sold through a template code is licensed to each buyer for their own domains. The seller receives the price minus the marketplace fee. Buying it doesn't transfer the template's copyright.
• Resale licences. Journeys bought in bulk through the License store may be resold or gifted only through the License store, at list price or higher.
• Feature suites. These are sold whole, or included with a SellSMART plan. If a suite stops being active, the premium sections that use it may stop working on your published pages until it's renewed.

4. Who owns what

We and our licensors own the platform, its code, templates, sections, 3D scenes, avatar artwork, City names and brands. Our avatars are original artwork. You own your own content, as set out in the Terms of Service. You may send us suggestions, and we may use them without owing you anything.

5. Updates

We may update the software and content, which may change how features look or work. Some updates are needed to keep using the platform.

6. When the licence ends

Your licence for a piece of content ends when the journey, plan, suite or key that grants it ends, or when your account is closed. When that happens, stop using the content. Published pages that rely on it may be switched to a basic version or taken offline. Your own content stays yours, and you can export it where the platform supports that.

7. Warranty

The software and content are provided "as is". The disclaimers and limits of liability in the Terms of Service apply to this licence.
