SellSMART is a CRM and sales page builder for people who sell what they know. It’s operated by SellSMART Not Hard LLC, dba The Omniverse City and is part of Omniverse City, the same passport you use for City events, portals and the builder.
Get help
- Questions before you sign up, billing or anything else: our contact form. We reply by email, usually within one business day.
- Already a customer? Sign in first, then use the contact form, so your message reaches us with your account attached.
- Your data: to export, correct or delete it, or to ask what we hold about you, choose “My data / privacy request” on the contact form.
- Billing: change or cancel any time in Settings → Plan & usage.
How we work
- Your contacts stay yours. We don’t sell them or use them to contact anyone ourselves.
- Payments run through Stripe. We never see your card or bank details.
- Contact lookups use a licensed business-data provider. We never scrape LinkedIn or sign in as you.
- Lexi, our AI sales partner, drafts and suggests. Nothing is sent to your customers unless you send it.
