Your first 15 minutes
Do these five things and you’ll have a live page, a passport and a plan that fits.
- Get your passport. Click Sign in anywhere on the site. Use your Omniverse City account or a one-time code sent to your email. Your passport keeps your stamps, your OCX and everything you build.
- Open the builder at portals.theomniverse.city/builder. Type one sentence about what you’re making, or pick what you’re making from the list.
- Shape it. Change the look, the words and the sections. Everything updates in the preview as you go.
- Publish. Press Publish. Free sections go live straight away; premium features ask you to unlock them first (or publish now and unlock later).
- Share your link and check Plans when you’re ready to grow.

Your passport (sign-in)
One sign-in for Portals, SellSMART and Omniverse City.
- Click Sign in and choose your Omniverse City account, or enter your email to get a one-time code.
- Your passport shows your journey (Explorer, Omnifolk, Omnipreneur, OmniPro, OmniCast or OmniStream), your stamps and your OCX balance.
- Find everything you’ve built under My portals and your personal page under My Domain.
I didn’t get my sign-in code.
Check spam and promotions folders, then ask for a new code. Codes expire after a few minutes for your safety.
Can kids use Omniverse City?
Yes, with a learner account a parent approves. Learners can learn, play and earn stamps, but can’t buy anything, spend OCX or publish.

Your journey decides what you can build and do in the City. Every journey can be paid monthly or for the year.

- Go to Plans and choose Monthly or Yearly at the top.
- Click Choose on the journey you want. You’ll go to a secure Stripe checkout and come straight back.
- Monthly renews each month by card and you can cancel any time. Yearly is one payment for 12 months at the price of 10, so you can pay by card, Apple Pay, Klarna or Afterpay.
- Already on a journey? Your card shows Switch to yearly so you can pay the year ahead and save.
TipTry any journey free for 7 days. A pass lets you look around everything that journey includes and play its starter quest. You can’t publish, earn bonuses or use SellSMART on a pass until you join. Each journey’s pass can be used once.
TipOmniPro Plus is an upgrade on an OmniPro account with deeper wholesale prices (30% off OCX stock instead of 20%). Only Omniverse City admins can switch it on.
TipEvery plan payment also gives you OCX back to trade in the City.
TipSellSMART plans (Starter to Agency), All-Access and credit packs are on the same page, each with its own buy button.
What happens when my yearly plan ends?
Your access stays until the end date. Pay again before then and a full year is added on top of what’s left.
Can I pay with Klarna or Afterpay every month?
No. Klarna and Afterpay work for one payment, so they’re offered on yearly plans, licenses and checkouts, not on monthly subscriptions.
Can I pay for a plan with OCX?
No. Plans and licenses are paid in dollars. OCX is for buying, selling and trading with other members.
How the journeys connect
Each journey includes everything before it, and together they make the City work: OmniStream broadcasts it, OmniCast owns the venue, OmniPro runs the event there, Omnipreneurs sell at it, and Omnifolk come to it.

- Every journey has a starter quest. You can play it on that journey’s 7-day pass. Its OCX reward is paid when you join.
- Finishing a starter quest shows what the next journey adds and its quest, with a button to try it.

Your home in the City
Your home page is where your journey lives: your places, bonus OCX, events, venues, quests and perks.
- Bonus OCX. From Omnifolk up, claim free OCX once a month from the bonus card.
- Members-only events and venues. Look for the Members only badge. Your journey gets you in.
- City Quests. Finish every checkpoint in order to earn the OCX reward, a badge and a stamp. Some checkpoints check themselves; others ask for a line of proof.
- Partner with venue hosts (Omnipreneur and up): ask a venue’s host to work with you on an event or as an ongoing partner.
Your places in the City
Places come with your journey and each one has a real City address. They aren’t sold on their own.

- Open your home page and find Your places in the City.
- Go apartment hunting. Tap Go apartment hunting, pick a district (Arcade, Business District, Creative District, Developer District or Entertainment District), then a building, a floor and a free unit, and you get the keys. You can move again after a day.
- Every building has the same three kinds of unit: apartments for Omnifolk, hybrid business suites for Omnipreneurs, and OmniPro residences near the roof. You can take your own kind or a lower one. Business District buildings also come with keys to community events for learning, upskilling and masterminds.
- OmniCast and OmniStream don’t need an apartment: your storefront or studio is your home base, and you choose how many apartments to rent out in it.
- For a terminal or a destination, choose what it will be (kiosk or vending machine; storefront or studio). Give any place a name.
- Your terminal is interactive and portable. Its home is in Market Square, and under Your terminal on your home page you can take it to one of your events, your venue, a venue you partner with, or your storefront or studio. When the event ends it comes back home on its own. Stock it with kits and they go live for everyone who walks up to it. Kits are the builder’s feature suites, matched to the roles each journey plays: Commerce, Ticketing and Roles and jobs with Omnipreneur; Academy, Seat market, Deal room, Leagues and brackets and Builder Intelligence with OmniPro; virtual retail (try-on, runway, lookbooks) and scheduled live shows with OmniCast; the full Live Show Studio and Streaming with OmniStream.
- Each journey gets a monthly kit budget in OCX to spend on kits only. Omnipreneur and OmniPro get 2,000 OCX a month, OmniCast 4,000 and OmniStream 7,500. Stock a whole kit, or one part of it at a time, and anything you already have counts towards the whole kit. The budget refills on the 1st, and unused budget doesn’t carry over. Kits above your journey show what they come with.
- If your journey lapses, your places are kept on hold and come back the moment you rejoin.
The Click & Collect shop
The shop has everything you can buy in the City: feature suites for your portal, journeys, places, OCX packs and member perks.
- Every card says what you’ll collect, where it works and where it’s delivered.
- Feature suites switch on per portal. Add them from the builder’s Click & Collect cart and pay in dollars or OCX.
- The cart tells you when upgrading your journey gets the same items at no cost, so you can compare before you pay.
- OCX packs (500 to 10,000) go straight to your balance. Journeys and places are delivered to your passport.
Resell and earn
Omnipreneurs and up can sell shop items from their own pages and earn as they go.
- In the builder, add a Click & Collect marketplace section to your page and tick the items to show: journeys, places, OCX packs, perks, and City items such as collectibles and wearables.
- Omnipreneur: earn 10% in OCX on every OCX pack bought through your page.
- OmniPro: buy OCX stock at 20% off list (30% with OmniPro Plus) and sell it at your own price. OmniCast and OmniStream: 30% off, plus bonus OCX each month your sales hit a goal. Your goals and progress are on your home page.
- You can also show your License store licenses at your own price. Visitors ask from your page; you collect payment, then tap Send it on your home page.
- Teams: OmniCast and OmniStream can add OmniPros and Omnipreneurs; OmniPros can add Omnipreneurs. Invite by email from your home page. Leads earn 5% on their team’s sales to start, rising as the team sells more (your home page shows the next step), and can pass on OCX stock.
TipJourneys are never discounted. They sell at the normal price or through your License store.
TipRates are set by Omniverse City and may change.
TipStart-up or creator? Apply for a limited Unicorn Nursery licence: a 15% City share on your first $10,000 in sales of City items instead of 30%. Licences are released in cohorts of 10 and Omniverse City reviews every application.
Currency Coach and the Tycoon survival guide
The Currency Coach shows what your audience earns you each month and the moves that would earn you more. Tycoon turns it into a weekly game. Both come with Omnipreneur and up.
- Open the Currency Coach and put in your real audience for a normal month. Rough numbers are fine; everything updates as you type.
- Read Where the money goes: green adds to your month, red takes away, gold is what’s left for you. Your next moves shows changes you could make and what each adds.
- Tycoon: a season of eight envelopes, one a week, each harder than the last. Open it, play it, and the City checks your real results. Losing costs you nothing.
- Win an envelope and you get a numbered collectible with a key to the 3 tactics that got you there. Keep it sealed, gift the key, or sell it for OCX.
- Points on the Tycoon board come only from things the City can see: envelopes you win, cinematic seats sold at your events, and hours people rent your seat. Your saved plan never earns points.
- WebGPU or cinematic: every guest can join in WebGPU 3D at no streaming cost. Cinematic mode streams the full-quality picture and uses a streaming seat. Guests in WebGPU hear the same audio and can switch to cinematic when a seat opens.
- Streaming seats: OmniPro comes with 1, OmniCast with 2 and OmniStream with 3. Extra seats are $175 a month each. Minutes beyond your seats are billed per use.
- Member seats: OmniCast and OmniStream also get 10 member seats to fill with Omnipreneurs or Omnifolk. They pay you their journey price each month and you keep 100% (card processing still applies). OmniPro is a starter admin seat with no member seats. The Coach shows your break-even point and a Full House meter for how full your seats are.
- Big events: extra streams beyond your seats are booked in groups of 10, at least 30 days ahead. Above 50 at once, we build you a custom quote.
- Buffer (optional, off unless you turn it on): reserve extra streams for the whole event day at $60 each, so they are ready whenever guests arrive. Run more sessions that day to get the most from it.
- Pricing cinematic: we suggest $22 a session for a cinematic seat. The Coach gives you a tip if you price below that.

TipSeat and stream prices can change. The Coach always shows the current ones.
Build your portal
The OmniPro Builder makes pages for events, businesses, creators, schools and venues, in 2D or 3D.
- Template tab. Describe your vision in a sentence and press Build my portal, or pick what you’re making (Business, Live Event, Academy, Venue…). Have a template code? Type it in the template box; you can also search templates by name there.
- Brand tab. Add your name, logo, colours and photos. Upload your own photos to create a scroll walkthrough of your space.
- Look tab. Pick a style, or press Shuffle look for fresh ideas. Switch between 2D and 3D, and add EN | ES so visitors can choose their language.
- Sections tab. Turn sections on and off and drag them into order: schedule, tickets, shop, FAQ, video, people, contact and more. A crown means the section is a premium feature.
- Publish. Your page goes live at portals.theomniverse.city. Changes go live each time you press Publish.
TipThe tour button (Tour) replays the walkthrough any time.
TipPremium templates are free to try. You only need a license when you publish.
Unlock premium features
Sections with a crown use premium features. They collect in your cart while you build.
- Tap a crown to see what the feature does and its price.
- Open the cart (top right) and press Go to checkout. Prices are checked again so you always see the real total.
- Press Pay to pay the whole cart in one Stripe checkout: card, Apple Pay, Klarna or Afterpay. If you hold enough OCX, you can press Use OCX instead.
- Your features switch on right away and your page keeps publishing.

Templates, licenses and Signature Domains
Standard templates are free. Premium templates need a license when you publish.

- Pick a premium template and build as usual.
- When you publish, choose the license you need and pay once (card, Klarna or Afterpay).
- Signature Domains include fashion shows, partner programs with managed payments, events inside Omniverse City, and the right to sell templates built from your domain to designers and brands (you keep 70%).
Your domain page
Your domain page grows with your journey, from a player page to a full Studio.
- Open My Domain.
- Omnifolk: player page. Pick a handle (your page lives at /@yourname), an emoji, a theme and your links (Discord, YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Roblox, your Fortnite island). Turn on the Omniversity plug-in to show your learning level and the MultiPass plug-in to show your stamps. Tick Page is public and save.
- Omnipreneur: business pages. Launch a business page for anything you run, then choose which ones show on your player page.
- OmniPro: the Studio. Build avatars people can hire for their parties, crowds that cheer on cue, helpers that answer questions from your notes, and game shows people play on your page.
TipHire requests land in Hires & bookings. OCX is held when someone books and paid to you when you accept; declined bookings are refunded.
The Studio, step by step
Everything in the Studio shows up on your public page.
- Avatars. Choose skin, hair, outfit, extras and mood. Add a name, a role and skills, set a rate in OCX per hour, and tick People can hire this avatar.
- Crowds. Set the size, the mood, four colours and your chants. Link a crowd to a game show and it cheers right answers.
- Intelligence. Write questions and answers. Visitors ask your helper on your page and it answers from your notes only.
- Game shows. Write questions, tick the right answers, pick a stage and a time limit, and add an optional OCX prize for a perfect first run.
- Partner programs. Recruit affiliates and resellers for your businesses (see [Partner programs](#partners)).
OCX and the City Exchange
OCX is Omniverse City’s currency for buying, selling and trading between members. 1 OCX = $0.01.
- Anyone can browse the City Exchange. Buying, selling, bidding and trading need the OmniPro journey.
- List from My Domain → Studio → Exchange: sell at a price, run an auction (1–14 days), or ask for a trade.
- Sellers keep 70% of every sale. Auctions go to the highest bidder who can pay when they end.
- You earn OCX back with every plan payment, from prizes, hires and sales. You can also add OCX by card.
What can’t I use OCX for?
Plans and licenses. Those are paid in dollars.
Events, venues and live shows
Sell tickets, fill seats and run the show from the same page.
- Choose Live Event or Venue in the builder.
- Add tickets, a schedule, speakers, Q&A with upvotes, a lounge and speed networking.
- Venues come in 3D: a full stadium, an amphitheatre and a Broadway-style theatre.
- Go live from the Live Show Studio; replays stay on your page.
- My events (in the builder, next to My portals) lists every event you host. Hosting opens at Omnipreneur. Tap + New event, pick the district, venue, date, capacity and who can attend, then Publish to the City or Save draft. Published events go to the City’s events feeds (the website, /events and Citizen Zero). Open any event to go live, edit, duplicate, cancel or see the report.
- My quests lets Omnipreneurs build City Quests for other members: checkpoints with proof, a code word found at a place, a ticket to one of your events or joining one of your eventures. An OCX reward is optional and comes from your balance, set aside when you send it for review. A City admin approves it before it goes live on everyone’s home page.
Eventures
An eventure plays like an interactive movie you’re inside of: a main stage, live chat, reactions, polls and choices that move the story, across the City and out to partner locations. Formats include summits, festivals, fantasy quests, game conventions, esports leagues, fashion shows, concerts and races. Omnifolk and up take part.
- Join one. Open Eventures, pick one and tap Join the eventure. You get EVENTURE REGISTERED on your passport. Anyone can watch the moments reel first.
- Watch and play along. Each segment has a main stage (a live stream or clip), a strip of moments you can replay, and one interactive: a poll, crowd vote, prediction, rating, trivia, check-in code or live Q&A. Tap the reactions to send them flying across the stage.
- Chat and ask. Chat with everyone in the room. Tick Ask it as a question and the room can upvote it in the Q&A tab. Chat is for adults and shows first names only.
- Move through the show. At summits, festivals, conventions, leagues and fashion shows you walk between rooms in Rooms. Story formats follow your choices in What happens next? Every new district gives you DISTRICT TRAIL, a right check-in code gives you EVENTURE CHECKPOINT, a called prediction gives you CALLED IT, and an ending gives you EVENTURE COMPLETE. Top shows the leaderboard.
- Meet people. In People, tick I’m open to meeting people, pick up to 5 interests, and say hi. When you both do, it’s a match and you find each other at the eventure. No contact details are shared. Adults only.
- Star or join the crew. Apply for a starring role or a crew spot. The host casts the eventure. AI characters and AI crew are always marked AI.
- Host one. Building opens at Omnipreneur, from My eventures in the builder. Sending one for review is earned: Omnipreneur or above with 3 events already run, or a nomination from a City admin. Pick a format and you start with its segments and interactives. Link one of your pages (or tap Make a show page in the builder) and tick which builder sections go on each segment’s stage. Sections your page doesn’t have yet are one tap away in the builder, and premium ones unlock there when you upgrade. Meet the production bar and send it for review.
- Run the show. Once listed, go live. From the show or the builder you can send cues, add moments as they happen, reveal prediction results and use Now showing to move everyone to the next segment.
SellSMART: your sales home
Every form, ticket, booth visit and meeting from your pages lands in SellSMART, with Lexi telling you who to call.
- Open SellSMART. If you’re new, a workspace is created for you.
- Today lists who to follow up with. People has every contact and their full history. Lab gives coaching on your calls.
- Booths and Rooms capture people you meet at events and in meetings.
- Channels groups your accounts into the seven City districts (Arcade, Business, Creative, Developer, Entertainment, Fashion, Game On) and runs your partner programs.
Run a partner program
Partners bring you deals. You review them, they share their own link, and they’re paid when deals close.
- In SellSMART, open Channels, choose a channel and open the Partner program tab. Press Create the program: tiers, an apply page, onboarding and deal protection are ready in one click.
- Press Edit program to set the revenue share, deal protection, how partners are paid (OCX, dollars, or their choice), the headline on your apply page and your partner resources (deck, brand kit).
- Share the apply link. Your apply page explains the program, has an earnings calculator and a two-minute form.
- Review applications. Each one has a fit score with reasons; approve the good ones. Approved partners get their portal link by email.
- Watch the leaderboard: clicks, leads, deals, won revenue and earnings for each partner. Mark a deal won to calculate the payout, then paid when you pay it.
TipThe first partner to register a customer keeps them for the protection period (90 days unless you change it).
Earn as a partner
Your partner portal has everything you need, at one private link.
- Apply on a program’s page. When you’re approved, you’ll get your partner portal link by email. Keep it private.
- Copy your referral link and share it. Add a campaign tag (like linkedin or newsletter) to see which posts work.
- Anyone who follows your link and gets in touch is credited to you automatically. You can also Register a deal by hand.
- Track your tier progress, deals and payouts. Choose OCX or dollars if your program lets you, and tick List me in the directory to be found by customers.
Someone else registered my customer first.
The first registration is protected for the program’s protection period. Contact the program team if you think it’s a mistake.
I’m paid in OCX. How do I receive it?
Sign in once at Omniverse City with the same email your partnership uses. Your OCX goes to that passport.

How do refunds work?
Contact Support with what you bought and when. Refunds go back to the way you paid (Klarna and Afterpay refunds can take up to 10 business days).
Is my payment information safe?
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
